How do I place an order?

How do I know which size is right for me?
Our four sizes fit riders from 4'10" to 7 feet. The right size for you is based on your leg reach. This simple visual will help you determine your leg reach.
If your leg reach is 36" - 41", your best bet is a small. If your leg reach is 42" - 46", your best bet is a medium. If your leg reach is 47" - 51", your best bet is a large. And if your leg reach is 52" - 54", your best bet is an extra large.
In addition, after your order is placed, we will personally contact you to verify your order to make sure we get you a bike that fits well.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is $99 for delivery within the continental United States. Please call us at (541) 929-4583 for a shipping quote to a destination outside of the continental U.S.

No, the listed price is what you pay for the bike delivered to your door!

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards.
You can also pay using cash, check or money order, but please contact us prior to sending this form of payment. We want to make sure your payment gets processed correctly and in a timely manner.

How do you ship?
We will ship your new Bigha directly to your doorstep via a common freight carrier. Before attempting final delivery, the shipper will contact you and make arrangements to meet you at the destination at a drop-off time that is convenient for you.
Accessories ordered with the bike will be installed on the bike prior to shipment. Accessories ordered separately from the bike will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex ground.

How long will it take for my new Bigha to arrive?
New bike orders normally take 5 - 7 business days to manufacture. Transit time from our factory to your home is approximately 3 - 7 business days. You can expect your bike to arrive at your door within 2 - 3 weeks of your date of purchase. Please contact us if you require quicker delivery.

Does the bike arrive in parts?
No, it is assembled. All you need to do is open the box and install the seat — you will be ready for your first adventure in about 5 minutes.
