Our commitment to you is this: we'll build exactly the bike you order and ship it to your door. If the bike isn't everything we say it is, you can return it for a full refund within 60-days, minus shipping costs both ways — with one catch: You must ride the bike at least 240-miles before you can return for a refund. And you must accomplish that 240-miles within 60-days of receiving the bike. Each bike we ship is brand new and custom built. We're committed to giving you a great bike. We ask only that you commit to giving the bike a real try. Averaging four miles per day is not hard to do. By trying the bike over a two month period, you can really get to know the bike and see how well it fits into your life. Then you can make an informed decision. If you choose to return the bike after riding at least 240-miles (you are welcome to ride further if you want) we'll refund your money in full — less shipping charges. The returned bike must be in excellent condition (we know there will be some wear from 240-miles of riding, but, with reasonable care, the bike should still be in great shape) and returned in its original packaging. You accept responsibility for accidents and damage outside normal wear. Shipping costs average around $99 each way within the continental United States, so you risk only $198 or so for a 60-day test of an extraordinary example of American craftsmanship custom built to fit you perfectly.
